Chairman and CEO – Mr. Kunwu Li

Mr. Li is currently serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Li has extensive experience in securities and investment. Prior to joining CVDT, Mr. Li spent more than three years as the Financial Director of Shandong Luneng Taishan Football Club Co. Ltd., one of the top 15 Football Clubs in China. Also, he managed financial investments for Shandong Luneng Group in Shanghai for six years. Mr. Li has broad experience in capital operations, real estate investment and management, and business strategy. He is also familiar with Securities Act and Accounting and Tax Law.

Mr. Li holds degrees in economics, management/finance, and accounting from ShandongUniversity. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the People's Republic of China.

Mr. Li is a visiting professor of Finance in ShandongUniversity and he is also an executive director of Shandong University Entrepreneur Club.

Technology Development of April 2008

• WiFi mobile terminal software testing is complete, and it will be installed in the Yike Industrial Base wireless project in Jinan Qilu Software Park

• International Business Call Center’s (IBCC) main software is complete and testing is under way

• IP call center pilot operation will be launched in June

• IP Phone terminal software for PCs and PDAs will be launched in June and July

We continue to work with VILONG in the Silicon Valley on WiFi. Together, we will implement the fast switching technology of our telephone terminal software between different access points (APs). This project has begun early stage testing, and the trial operation is scheduled to take place late this month. In addition, we are implementing wireless coverage of Yike Industrial Base. Once this project is completed at the end of May, all clients in our industrial base will be able to enjoy wireless coverage.

The International Business Call Center (IBCC) Project, started last March and early April, is a free communications management platform for global small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Customers can register and become members. We provide IP communications, online CRM office applications, web-building software, enterprise ranking tools and other marketing services. IBCC helps companies lower their telecom expenses while achieving maximum returns. The critical software for the platform is complete, and IBCC is currently in the last stage of testing. We are scheduled to perform online testing this month, and trial operation is scheduled to start in June.

In addition, we have completed the test of our call center platform, independently developed by our company. This platform is undergoing trial testing and will be officially released in June. The call center platform will be able to consolidate the call center management systems of small to medium sized enterprises’ (SMEs), provide an all-in-one solution, and help SMEs improve their overall management capability.

CVDT will move to a new home

CVDT and its wholly owned subsidiary will move to a brand new home in mid-May.
