CVDT MANAGEMENT MEET WITH INVESTORS IN NEW YORK CITY
Mr. Li Kunwu, Chairman and CEO of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc., together with Mr. Guo Xuchen, Marketing Director of Beijing PowerUnique Technologies (a company newly acquired by CVDT), met with institutional and retail investors in New York City on July 8 and July 9, 2008.
Mr. Li and Mr. Guo updated investors regarding recent developments in the company’s products, marketing, operations and acquisitions. They also introduced the new International Business Communication Center (IBCC) and the DIVER brand hard disk computer to investors. In addition, Mr. Li discussed the company’s short-term and long-term growth strategies. The investors were particularly interested in the company’s new products and provided positive feedback.
  This is Mr. Li’s third trip to the U.S. since the company was listed on the OTC Bulletin Board in September, 2006.

Mr. Qi Dawei is currently serving as the Technical Director of Beijing PowerUnique Technologies Co., Ltd (BPUT). Mr. Qi co-founded BPUT in April. 2007. Prior to BPUT, Mr. Qi worked as Regional Director of Human Resources at Nestle China. Prior to Nestle China, Mr. Qi was the co-founder of Techoni Technologies Australia, the second biggest online mobile phone reseller. He was also the manager of system architecture development at Microsoft Australia. Mr. Qi has extensive experience in IT management, project design and structured analysis and evaluation.

Mr. David Qi graduated from La Trobe University, Australia with three bachelor degrees in Artificial Intelligence, Public Relations and General Psychology. He likes motor sports and holds an international B racer's license. Mr. Qi is also keen on 2D Graphic Designing, professional photography and travelling. He has visited many areas of the world including Japan, Australia, Korea, America and Europe.
