Li Kunwu, CPA , Board Chairman, CEO

Mr. Li is currently serving as the board Chairman of Jinan Yinquan Technology Co. Ltd. Mr. Li possesses extensive experience with regard to equity investments and securities research.Mr.Li also possesses experience in real estate investment, particularly in real estate investment risk evaluation. Mr. Li is a CPA in the PRC, with experience serving as Financial Controller in large-scale state owned enterprises for more than ten years. He holds degrees in economics, management/finance, and accounting from University.

Wang Qinghua, The Director and General Manager

Mr. Wang is serving as the Director and the General Manager of Jinan Yiquan Technology Co. Ltd. Mr. Wang is an expert in the areas of software, system integration, network communication, and project management. He has worked on a number of projects including Jinan Railway Bureau as project manager and major de-signer, and was also in charge of JYT's NP soft switch and video monitor project as system designer and project manager. Mr. Wang has developed and installed network systems and large communication projects for several well known Chinese power plants.

Dong, Shile, Director & General Manager of PowerUnique

Mr. Shile Dong is currently serving as Director and General Manager of Beijing PowerUnique Technologies Co., Ltd (BPUT). Mr. Dong co-founded BPUT in April 2007. Prior to BPUT, he worked for SEIMENS Ltd., China Automation and Drivers Group, where he was responsible for the Mainland China Global Customer Service System Implementation Project. Mr. Dong also worked in the China Storage and Transport Group and Canada Perspective Technologies Co., Ltd., as a senior engineer for four years. He has extensive experience in software development, IT management and international management.

Qi Dawei, Director& CTO

Mr. Qi Dawei is currently serving as the Technical Director of Beijing PowerUnique Technologies Co., Ltd (BPUT). Mr. Qi co-founded BPUT in April. 2007. Prior to BPUT, Mr. Qi worked as Regional Director of Human Resources at Nestle China. Prior to Nestle China, Mr. Qi was the co-founder of Techoni Technologies Australia, the second biggest online mobile phone reseller. He was also the manager of system architecture development at Microsoft Australia. Mr. Qi has extensive experience in IT management, project design and structured analysis and evaluation.

Kan Kaili ,Independent Director,Telecom Expert

Professor Kan, who earned his Doctorate from Stanford University, currently serves as a Professor of Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications. He is a director of China's Information Industry Policy and Development Institute and Commissioner of the Advisory Commission for China's Teleco mmunications Act.He formally served as a strategy consultant on telecommunications policies and development of the World Bank. His primary areas of concentration are policies of telecommunications and the information industry as well as business management strategy.

Xu Yinyi, Director, Senior Economist

Mr. Xu is currently serving as the director of the company. Mr. Xu was The Chief of Foreign Trade Section of  Jinan Municipal People's Government in Shang hai , with the experience serving as the general manager for more than ten years.

Jiang Yanli ,Director , CPA, CPV, CTA, CFO

Mr Jiang has a master's degree in finance management and consultation with more than twenty years of experience. He is currently serving on numerous state and private owned organizations including, the commissioner of CPPCC Shandong Province, the vice chairman of China Intern rational Commercial Chamber Qingdao Chamber, executive commissioner of Qingdao Industry & Commerce League, vice-president of Qingdao Professional Manager Association and vicechairman of Qingdao Internal Audit Association. In 2005, Mr Jiang was honored with the" 100 Faithful Stars of China Economy "award for his service to China and its economy. Mr Jiang has published more than 40 economic and financial theses and has written articles for newspapers and magazines, including the state, provincial and civic.
