With more than 7 years of history in the VoIP market, we are now the leading provider of IP communications services in China offering high quality, cost-saving IP communications products and services.In 2007, we saw significant growth in our customer base and improvement in our financial results.We are a profitable technology company.Along with the $5 million we recently raised, we will be able to fuel our business expansion domestically and internationally through organic growth and/or mergers and acquisitions.In 2008, we will continue to introduce innovative products and value-added services to the domestic market.We will also focus on providing services to customers on a global basis.With a favorable business environment, growth momentum and a sound strategy, we believe our company will thrive and deliver superior results.Our goal is to be listed on Nasdaq, and we will try to achieve that goal in the shortest possible time.
We understand our share price has not met either your expectations or ours.We are working hard to build a good track record for our business and financial performance.However, everything takes time. We will do our best to maximize returns for our company, employees and shareholders.

The company’s wholly owned subsidiary successfully acquired the typical auto industry client - Geely Group.
Zhejiang Geely Group Ltd. is the only private enterprise among the top ten auto makers in China. Headquartered in the provincial capital Hangzhou of Zhejiang Province, it has four specialized production and manufacturing bases for complete auto production and power assemblies.It also has nine major bases, three universities, nearly 400 4S shops and 600 service stations. The company employs more than 8,000 people in China, with more than 200 service sales sites abroad.
We have divided the Geely project into three stages, the first stage targets its nine major production bases, the second targets its vast 4S shops and service stations, and the third targets its overseas institutions. The first stage has been finished and put into operation.
